Use of the service
Mahardika helps agencies manage customer records, policies, renewals, documents, claims, quotations, communications, and team workflows. Users are responsible for entering accurate information and using the workspace for legitimate insurance operations.
Agency responsibilities
Agencies are responsible for their customer relationships, policy advice, regulatory duties, team access, uploaded documents, and communications sent through or recorded in Mahardika.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should keep contact details current, provide accurate claim or renewal information, and contact their agency if policy or account details look incorrect.
Availability and support
DaulatLabs works to keep Mahardika reliable and secure, but maintenance, third-party provider issues, or network conditions may affect availability from time to time.
