What Mahardika stores
Mahardika stores agency workspace data, customer records, policy details, renewal reminders, claim activity, uploaded documents, and account profile details needed to run insurance operations.
Who can access it
Agency users can only access records linked to their workspace and assigned role. Customer portal users can access their own linked policies, claims, vehicles, uploads, and profile data.
How it is protected
Access is guarded by authenticated sessions, workspace membership checks, row-level database policies, scoped storage paths, and audit-friendly server routes for sensitive operations.
Your choices
Customers can review profile details in the customer portal and contact their agency for policy, renewal, claim, or document corrections. Agencies can manage workspace members and privacy settings in their dashboard.
